The purpose of the contact and any fault information will be recorded on a database and a report produced periodically to meet your requirements. These may be on a more regular basis to closely monitor newly launched products.
The objective of the Customer Services Representative (CSR) will be to solve the problem where possible, thereby preventing a return to store, and to capture fault data.

It may be necessary from time to time to check on the quality level of your delivered product. Has your supplier changed QA personnel or made running design changes such as component substitutions? For whatever reason, it may be a good idea to carry out quality checks. HBT are able to offer a QA testing service meeting the requirements of BS 6001, ISO 2859 working to an Acceptable Quality Level format of your choice.
