What are the effects of transportation and storage?
We can perform a number of environmental and reliability tests to verify robustness and build quality including:
- Operating temperature range
- Cold storage
- Dry heat storage
- Damp storage
- Dry cold and heat cycles
- Damp heat cycles
- Operational Sinusoidal Vibration
- Bump Test (packaged)
- Drop Test (packaged & unpackaged)
- ESD to the CE requirements
We also use a functional life tester which is able to carry out a set sequence of tests repetitively on telephone products. The recommended number of cycles for this type of test is 20 to 30 thousand.
This testing can be applied to many different products.
