Our Telephone Service Centre will answer incoming calls on your 08** number pointed to one of our HBT Technical Support Helpline numbers.
The purpose of the call and fault information will be recorded on a database and a report produced periodically to meet your requirements. These may be on a more regular basis to closely monitor newly launched products.
The objective of the Customer Services Representative (CSR) will be to solve the problem to the customers satisfaction, if this is possible, thereby preventing a return to store, and to capture fault information.
The helpline may also arrange for a product swap out which enables faulty product to be returned for further investigation and provides a replacement to the customer.
