When there are several, ongoing tasks thoughout the year and day to day contact is necessary, it may be administratively simpler and more efficient to engage HBT to provide your own 'mini' technical department for a flat monthly fee that we would discuss and agree based on the level of resources anticipated.
Other long term, ongoing, long term issues are important to us.
We do not forget other crucial areas for customer satisfaction such as After Sales Service where we can provide Contact Centre Helplines, In Warranty and Out of Warranty Support, and the supply of spare parts, mainly dealing with the end user.
Large scale QA testing and Refurbishment/Modification can also be provided.
