In Warranty Support
It may be appropriate to offer In Warranty repair or replacement, at our option, on your behalf, for customer satisfaction purposes (unable to return to store) or, for example, to retrieve product exhibiting a particular fault for investigation or simply to reduce returns to the retailer/credits.
There may also be occasions where the user requests a User Guide or other missing 'parts' under warranty.
Out of Warranty Support
The Telephone Service Centre would provide this to the end user covering telephones and spares at no cost to you. The customer would be charged and it would be totally self financing.
