Our skills and resources can be engaged to test the product with a view to identifying potential bugs/problems at an early stage prior to mass production. The nature and severity of any problems may determine whether they are fixed immediately, before production, carried out as a running change or determined as an acceptable commercial risk.
The type of testing offered is split into the following categories, which will further probe the quality of the design:-
S/W testing including comments on man/machine interface (MMI) protocols in order to check out the stability of the s/w when the normal user guide operations are not followed.
Testing the full functional requirements against the user guide, proving both the design and the clarity and accuracy of the user guide. If a telephone, it would be connected to a variety of different BT lines and line simulators.
Provocative testing.

- DECT CMD 60 Testing
We fully understand the implications of statutory requirements, particularly EMC and the LVD, and provide expert guidance to our customers in meeting the R&TTE Directive. We have experience of working closely with Test Houses offering statutory approvals.
